SGF Global is looking for a Trade Technical Analyst for IT enterprise.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. University degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years experience.
• English Advanced.
• Full time (8h): 8 to 5 or 7 to 4.
• Technical/application/and industry requirements:?
o 2-5 years working in trading domain.
o Post Trade business experience.
o Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
o Agile quick learner of new technologies.
o Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and foster team commitment to meeting objectives.
o Proactive, creative problem-solving skills in ambiguous and changing environments Experience and understanding of CI/CD.
o Worked in at least 1 large implementations E2E involving derivatives in a Techno-functional role.
o Knowledge in FIX protocol integrations.
o Proficient in configuring interfaces using various integration technologies.
o Experience working in Unix and Linux environment.
o Adaptable and curious with a strong desire to learn more than taught.
o Resiliency to learn, recover, and take the risk to grow outside their comfort zone.
o Pursue and reinforce collaboration with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
o Proven experience with global customer service or working with a culturally diverse team.
o Working knowledge of any Derivatives product or CTRM or ETRM product available in Market is desirable.

Job description:
• Understand the Derivatives domain (Exchange Traded and OTC - Futures and Options) and their Trade lifecycles and various P&L reports.
• Understand Margins, Commissions, Fees etc. and their importance in Trade lifecycle.
• Understand processes like EOD, EOM and their needs and impacts.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with Business units/Business users and translate Business requirements into Technical and Middleware solutions.
• Ability to develop scripts for data transformation, data loading etc.
• Strong Knowledge of reusable patterns .
• Ability to perform capacity planning and performance tuning related to MFT.
• Good understanding of Complex setup requiring Encoding, Encryption, certificate handling etc using industry recognized integrations tools.
• Provide expertise and support to operations teams for trouble shooting issues, engage in peer review of code and design and should be willing to train other resources.
• Identify and implement pro-active improvement tasks that help improve efficiency and stability of middleware platform/operations.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the integration technologies.
• Plays a technical specialist role in championing quality assurance activities like code scanning, code review, static analysis and test case development.
• Perform Unit tests and ensure the code complexity is as per the industry benchmark.
• Ensure best practices and performance for the final application in terms of speed, memory consumption and other security parameters detailed in the application design.
• Provides technical expertise, guidance and oversight while collaborating with other partner IT teams, internal and external to Cargill.
• Involve and participate actively among all organization level activities
